Dr. S.G.I.P.S. was founded by Late. Dr. A. Samuel George in 2001 at Markapur, A.P.  established under the aegis of National Council for the Church and Social Action.  Dr. S.G.I.P.S. has been offering D.Pharm, B.Pharm and M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics ; Pharmaceutical Analysis & Pharma Cology) courses, affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur and approved by AICTE & PCI, New Delhi.   Apart from the pharmacy, we possess Dr. Samuel George Institute of Engineering & Technology offering M.Tech, B.Tech, M.B.A., M.C.A. and Polytechnique courses ;  Dr. Samuel George Institute of Paramedical Sciences, Degree college at Kurnool and Junior College and High School at Atmakur.

          Institute with excellent Infrastructure and the state of art laboratories, well furnished instrumentation room, well stocked Library, pilot plant, medicinal plant garden, Drug museum, Computer cum Language laboratory and to name of few.
